Discovery Call

We'll have an introductory conversation about your needs and goals. This conversation will help us prepare to craft a plan tailored to your specific needs and will pave the way for more in-depth meetings as we move forward in your planning process.

Design Strategy

We'll work with you to plan the steps you'll take to reach your fitness goals. We'll tailor your plan based on your goals, the level of involvement or independence you want, and your current ability.

Implement & Win

Follow our plan tailored to you and your unique goals, and win at achieving your goals.

Three plans to help your fitness journey.

Our plans will help you get just the level of coaching you need. If you’re wanting quick advice on a plan you can implement independently, begin with our Informed package. Once you’re ready for personalized training tailored to your needs and your progress, move on up to our Invested package.

Informed

Begin your run fitness journey with on-demand meetings. This hourly package will allow you to decide the level of collaboration going forward or to discuss any questions you may have related to run fitness.

Immersed

Build on your run fitness with four, hour-long meetings a month. Gain a better understanding of your current fitness and learn how to pave a path to your goals utilizing Training Peaks Training App.

Invested

Take control of your run fitness with 13 weekly meetings.  We start with your current fitness level and build an Annual Training Plan in Training Peaks Training App to guide you to your fitness goals. Each week we will build a weekly training plan based on your current fitness and training phase.
